Update index.html.md Cindy Blake applying for 19th of August

@kuthiala I'd like to apply for CEO Shadow Aug 19 week.

@cheriholmes since Sid is on vacation the week of Aug 26th, is the shadow only one week? I will be in San Diego Aug 12-15 for Gartner event. I could go to SFO afterward and overlap with Kenny on Thurs/Fri if needed.
