Add Reproducibility to our Transparency value

Part of being transparent about results is also being transparent about how you got there. I feel like we are already doing well at GitLab regarding this but to me it's still worth documenting.

This is related to the already existing Say why, not just what but contains a slightly different aspect in that it asks for instructions and data and not just reasoning.
