Add Fabio's Interim roles

Fabio Busatto requested to merge add-fabio-interim-roles into master

Since we're splitting the team, and we'll map PMs 1:1 with category groups, I suggested that I'll pick up Software Composition Analysis as my "primary" role, covering all the other areas until someone is hired.

This change adds (Interim) where needed.
