FY20-Q1 code contributions OKR update

Update FY20-Q1 contributor OKR to reflect the contribution data we are currently tracking on the Bitergia dashboard.

It was originally phrased as "GitLab CE/EE contributions", but we are additionally tracking and working to increase contributions for all projects in the list at https://gitlab.com/Bitergia/c/gitlab/sources/blob/master/projects.json#L27
