WIP: Edit 1-1 Suggested Agenda Format and link from CEO page

I reviewed the helpful CEO page earlier this week before meeting with Sid, but I did not remember that we had a "1-1 Suggested Agenda Format" or realize that Sid uses it. I've since read that doc (also helpful), made some edits to it, and will link it from the CEO page.
