Update core team page layout
Following the discussion in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-core-team/general/issues/10 and https://gitlab.com/gitlab-core-team/general/issues/28, this will update the core team page layout.
This will:
- Update core team page layout
- Update core team alumni page layout
- Include a new data file for alumni members
- Optimize core team alumni team members' images
