Add executive level hiring page

@chloe I realised I have not had a chance to create an actual additional page :-/ I'm therefore uncertain if I should create the link first or not, I'm giving it a bash, but feel free to jump in and let me know if I'm doing this back to front ;-) The page I'm adding, I already have content for and will be dedicated for Exec level hiring.
