I'm not sure "Sync" is the right name for the Sync team:
It primarily relates to one proposed feature for the team (License Sync), but the team is responsible for more than this feature. This team manages licensing, the customer portal, and product analytics enablement, which are cumulatively a larger scope than License Sync.
The word sync is ambiguous and it doesn't directly relate to any of the aforementioned categories.
I'm suggesting we replace it with "Fulfillment", since this seems a bit closer to the intent of the team - "fulfillment" as a word means achieving a promise. Elsewhere, a "fulfillment center" enables an online merchant with the operational infrastructure they need. Similarly: Fulfillment enables our sales team with iterations on our billing and licensing, moves toward fulfilling our desire for a strong customer experience during transactions, and better enables the product/engineering team with better data from our customers. Downside is that "Fulfillment" is still quite a broad term.
Enablement would've been a good choice as well, but it's taken. "Internal" or a variant might also work.
