fixed broken link for aws page

Shane Rice requested to merge aws-solution-brief-link-update into master

@jareko removing the pdf in /resources/ broke a link on /solutions/aws/. This update fixes the link to point to the file in /resources/downloads/. Apologies for the confusion.
