Fix link to new image from external documentation

An MR (https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/merge_requests/8523) to update, among other things, an image that shows our DevOps stages broke a link in the website.

This MR points to the website to the new image (which is more "stages" than "lifecycle", hence the name change).

It also correct a minor capitalisation issue.
