Remove Generic PM Role from team.yaml

We opened a generic "Senior Product Manager, DevOps" role to aid in building a pipeline of Product Managers. In the Greenhouse approval discussion it was mentioned that there wasn't an official opening being created. We shouldn't create the slug in teams.yaml as a result.
