Add personal stories page about remote work

Thinking of discussion at https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/people-ops/General/issues/239#note_123760471, this adds a new page that tells people's stories about how remote work changed their life. It uses the team.yml and adds a new optional remote_story element that can contain a story specifically about how working remotely changed that person's life. All users who have a remote_story set are listed in the team view format at the new page /company/culture/all-remote/stories/index.html.

The benefits page didn't mention anything about being all-remote, so I added a short section (which could eventually be expanded upon) and linked to the new stories page from there.
