Fix author link in blog layout

Linking to /company/team/##{article.data.author_twitter} doesn't make any sense. Ex: on https://about.gitlab.com/2018/08/10/google-next-2018-security-track-recap/, this leads to a "404" (anchor does not exist on that page).
