When you add tracking events associate the issue with gitlab-org&325

@jeremy I'd add this to the feature instrumentation page. Right now I'm started to explore the data we collect with Snowplow but without a place where I can see all the events we collect and the associated schema, it's really hard to filter issues where we define tracking events. Another way could be to create a label for these kinds of issues. What do you think?
