Two versions: gitlab_pages_setup.markdown - shorter than - gitlab_pages_setup-v1-2-1.markdown:

1. gitlab_pages_setup.markdown: more direct and with less explanations
2. gitlab_pages_setup-v1-2-1.markdown: including GitLab.com as a first section; explaining each line of gitlab-ci.yml; explaining that the user can add a gitlab-ci.yml for each branch and the advantages of doing so.
