Add Project Management and Time Tracking categories to the applications page

From a discussion with @eliran.mesika and @marcia in !13871 (comment 101770418), I've created two new categories to make it easier for users to find applications.

It should somewhat help the balance of the distribution of application categories Distribution_of_GitLab_App_Categories

Changes made

  • Create a Project Management category
  • Move applications that specifically relate to Project Management into this category
    • Excludes applications already in more specific categories, e.g. scrum boards
    • Excludes applications that might not be specifically related to Project Management tools, such as bug tracking, issue management, and time tracking
  • Create a Time Tracking category
  • Move applications that specifically relate to Time Tracking into this category


Note: This MR tries to retain the original order in the file. I decided to do this as specified in the documentation doesn’t promote alphabetical sorting.
