Why is this change being made?

Stop gitlab-org/quality/triage-ops> from relabelling all ~"Category:Wiki" Category:Pages Category:Text Editors Category:Markdown as belonging to ~"group::knowledge" — it's been renamed to groupknowledge and planner intelligence in gitlab-org1, and triage-ops is slowly moving everything back to a new project-level label by the former name:

While I'm here, I'm also removing the UX/UXR references to Alex and Danika.
