Edit stages.yml to remove Feature Readiness team

Background

As per announcement on Slack: "we've been working through our options for the Feature Readiness team roadmap and future focus. We've been through some interesting investigations and showed some really promising results with POCs but ultimately have decided that it isn't the right time for us to have a full team assigned to this problem. We are very likely to re-visit feature readiness in the future.In the meantime, we have lots of other valuable work that I'd like to be able to focus on. This means that we are making the following team changes..."

This MRs follows up on the announcement to remove the Feature Readiness stage from stages.yml.

Approvals

All Section, Stage, Group, and Category changes require approval. Please see the handbook section on making changes to see which approvals are required depending on the changes you are making.

Add all relevant approvers as "reviewers" on the MR, and cross-out ([~]) any approvals below that are not relevant.

  • Chief Product Officer (request after all other approvals)
  • The Product Director relevant to the affected Section(s)
  • The Engineering Director relevant to the affected Section(s)
  • Director of Product Design @vkarnes
