Make Kev a maintainer of GDK
Why is this change being made?
This MR proposes to make @kkloss a maintainer of gitlab-org/gitlab-development-kit>.
This is helpful because of my involvement in GDK but also necessary in light of:
- Ash potentially stepping down as GDK maintainer: !136117
- Peter being on borrow for Cells for the coming months
- All maintainers already frequently being at capacity for reviews
Contributions
- 69 merged GDK MRs
- >15 reviewed MRs (not accurate because we often remove reviewers before maintainer review)
- As Engineering Productivity team member, part of the weekly GDK meeting and involved in shaping the OKRs and direction of GDK.
