Update Andrei and Elwyn yml's for Create:Editor Extensions

Why is this change being made?

• Andrei was a borrow and is now a permanent member of Editor Extensions
• Elwyn moved to the team permanently too.

Both seem to already have their specialty updated on Workday, so I think this change is safe to do and won't be overriden by the Workday sync. I think.
