Add CorpSec Identity Team for SSO validation to Tech Stack - Update Existing System.md

Why is this change being made?

Currently, systems leveraging SSO are not validated when TPRM renewals are completed. Adding CorpSec review step to validate how the system is leveraging SSO and adding commit to system tech stack field.
