Pages support for mutual TLS in GitLab API calls was improperly labeled as available on SaaS. This MR corrects that.

One deprecation was missing. Re-sorted them to put them in alphabetical order.

Extremely light polish to individual release post items. Commas, some unclear wording, and a couple of items that should have been wrapped in backticks.
