Why is this change being made?

The CVE request issue for CVE-2024-4201 contained an error in CVSS calculation. The correct CVSS score should be AV:N/AC:H/PR:L/UI:R/S:C/C:L/I:L/A:N (4.4 Medium), not AV:N/AC:H/PR:L/UI:R/S:C/C:H/I:H/A:N (7.7 High).

This MR updates the CVSS score for CVE-2024-4201 to the correct value and re-organizes the blog post content to sort vulnerabilities by severity (as usual).
