Removing beta Web IDE feature from Remote Dev section

We have discussed the topic in Slack - (copy of Slack conversation). The current process is not efficient, this MR makes the description of X more clear, and helps move Y forward.
A feature that was included in the Web IDE beta, but was supposed to have been removed before GA was never removed. The feature itself does not function as expected and includes many major bugs. It also was included as a Remote Development feature, but should not have been and should not be marketed in any way.
