Fix name for Wendy's team_members data entry

@wendybarnes team member entry in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com/-/tree/master/data/team_members/person was incorrectly updated in 2023-09 to her title Chief People Officer, which is then incorrectly pulling into Handbook pages and Team listing page. This MR corrects it back to her name.

The error seem to have been introduced by this commit c726ef58
