Why is this change being made?

This change is being made to update Alec Xu's profile on the Gitlab website. The name of the file has been changed to reflect Alec's initials instead of his Gitlab username.

This was suggested as an onboarding exercise for Alec, as well as good practice for being transparent about who is on the distribution team.

Both role (Junior Distribution Engineer), and departments were added, based off existing team member profiles.

For projects, only the projects Alec has been exposed to have been filled in. This can be updated later.

A picture was also included, under the 100kB requirement.
