Workday Sync to Team Page - 2024-04-19

This MR updates the team page to include the current values from Workday.

Fields maintained by this automation:

• name, only updated if the team member has selected to remain anonymous, we will update this to match their current job title.
• gitlab, GitLab username stored in Workday.
• departments, list of departments, with the first entry being their Workday department. Other entries are custom and manually entered by the team members.
• specialty, job specialty or list of specialties if present.
• division, the team members division.
• job_title, the team members current job title.
• reports_to, the slug name of their supervisors YAML entry.
• public, whether or not the team member has chosen their entry to be public or not.
