Add validation support for experiment release post types

Why is this change being made?

For Release Post Items, we only have partial support for experiment feature types. But if you try to create a experiment release post item, you will encounter unhelpful errors like: undefined method '[]' for nil:NilClass when the release post linter pipeline job runs.

This MR makes it possible to support a experiment feature release post item by updating the linter definitions and logic used to run the pipeline.
