Why is this change being made?

This

• renames the team YML entry for @sabrinafarmer to match their GitLab username.
• updates the entry to list their actual GitLab username (sabrinafarmer, not sabrina)

GitLab profiles:

• ✅ https://gitlab.com/sabrinafarmer
• ❌ https://gitlab.com/sabrina

Why?

This is used in CODEOWNERS entries in multiple sites, including the handbook, but is currently not displaying correctly due to having the incorrect team member YML file entries.
