Why is this change being made?

This MR changes bdenkovych's picture on https://about.gitlab.com/company/team/ page.

The current picture was taken 4 years ago. I've started using new picture for my work-related-profiles. I want to change my picture on https://about.gitlab.com/ and https://handbook.gitlab.com/ to make it easier to identify me/my profile for team and community members.
