Followup from Create 'Secure:Secret Detection' group (!133169 - merged) (new group) and Added Group Handbook page for Secret Detection (!133377 - merged) (new direction page + URL changes).

Redirects are added following the documented steps.

URLs/paths are also updated where they were still stale.
