remove this old thankyou for registering page

Lauren Barker requested to merge removing-old-marketing-things-2 into master

Why is this change being made?

💡 Provide a detailed answer to the question on why this change is being proposed, in accordance with our value of Transparency.

This MR is removing old "Thank you for registering" page. https://about.gitlab.com/thank-you-for-registering/

It only has 323 page views, and that spike was in Q3. The source seems to be driven by Marketo. Here's the GA dashboard. TODO: Align with marketo ops that we can discontinue using this page.

The /corporate-philanthropy/ has already been migrated over to BE as well, so this MR deletes it.
