Rename DAST API and Browser-based DAST

Sara Meadzinger requested to merge rename_DA_features into master

Process for Renaming Features (handbook)

This MR renames two features:

  1. Browser-based DAST --> DAST
  2. DAST API --> API Security Testing

Proxy-based DAST is being deprecated in 17.0, which will reduce our DAST offerings to one product/feature. Calling the product/feature "browser-based DAST" adds unnecessary confusion for customers. DAST is an industry-wide term.

DAST API is a term unique to GitLab that causes confusion. People do not understand the differences between DAST and DAST API. In the years since DAST API became a GitLab offering, API Security Testing has become the default industry-wide term. Renaming the feature to API Security Testing will result in greater feature adoption and fewer support issues.
