Iteration on AI Framework direction page

To continue to iterate on the mission and action items of the AI framework group I am making the 2nd change to our direction page. the 1st change was an update of the overview and goals. In these change I introduce our themes and 1 year high level focus. The changes I made capture the discussion and conversation in the last few weeks.
