Update Self Managed Platform team members to reflect QE transformation

Why is this change being made?

Update team members of the Self Managed Platform team files to reflect QE transformation.

On our Test Platform Sub-Dept page, we list the team members for each team. On our SMPT page we list the specialty for each team member.

On the sub dept page displaying each member as part of the "general" Self Managed Platform team reflects the QE transformation of the SETs of this team not being direct counterparts to sections/groups.

CHANGEME -

  • Update to each member of SMPT files to Engineering Function (change from Quality)
  • Remove specialty from Role in team member header
