Why is this change being made?

Here are the changes I have made to further refine the direction page of Manage

  • Translate business-centric benefits to customer-centric benefits
  • Make it easy to understand. Emphasize on 'why' & 'how'
  • No jargon ( or expand where needed )
  • Add links on issues/epics etc.
  • Add examples to explain the use cases.
  • Align with section themes and product investment themes where appropriate
