This MR reflects updates related to CI Catalog for the week ending on 2023-12-08. NOTE: Due to the Beta completion on 2023-12-08, subsequent weekly updates will remove the Sisense widget as the team defines the goals for GA. Once issues have been created and ThinkBig AMA takes place in early January, progress will be set up similarly again.

For now, the team's focus is migrating templates to components, getting badges available that denote GitLab-maintained components and supporting any initial Beta incoming reported bugs that are deemed critical along with %16.8 tentatively planned focus.
