Adding basic guidance for Epics in SaaS Platforms Project Management page

Why is this change being made?

To align all the Platforms Teams with an Epic Description format that Epic Summaries automation can rely on.

What is changing?

Added a small section, to be expanded, on the SaaS Platforms Project Management page to specify which headings are mandatory in SaaS Platforms epics.
