Remove lovable maturity

Why is this change being made?

In the PLT offsite for Q3, we discussed simplifying the maturity model to improve the perception of our product offering from external users and customers. To do this we are going to remove Lovable and have the last maturity as complete.

This MR moves the maturity dates of lovable: to complete: and any items that were previously deemed lovable will be marked as Complete. These items are:

  1. Runner
  2. Source Code
  3. Code Review Workflow
  4. WebIDE

In a future change, we will be adding a new category between Viable and Complete called Competitive.
