Update personal profile on team page

Brendan McKitrick requested to merge bmckitrick-onboarding into master

Why is this change being made?

I'm new here and working through the onboarding issue - and it's time to get my website bio a little more reflective who I am.

💡 Provide a detailed answer to the question on why this change is being proposed, in accordance with our value of Transparency.

The changes:

  • Update my Gitlab username and rename the staff file ; this was because I renamed my new GitLab.com user account after creating to match common style
  • Add a picture
  • Put some additional details into my bio

⚠️ I assume that renaming brendan-mckitrick-gl.yml to bmckitrick.yml is fine but throwing out a warning in case this is an unexpected behaviour for the pipeline.
