Adding Wiki Category JTBD to Category Page

Why is this change being made?

I am adding in Wiki Category JTBD to the Handbook. These have been held in the following Epic and were recently polished off by UX. They are ready to be formally added to the handbook and requested to be added by David DeSanto.
