Update customer instance Leads to Qualified status on conversion to Contact
Why is this change being made?
When an inquiry comes in from an existing customer by way of a Contact Us form fill on the website, on conversion from lead to contact the status remains as MQL due to the form fill. This update asks SDRs to update customer instance contacts to Qualified status, to avoid unnecessary BDR MQL processing in their B1 lead views on SFDC as the contacts will adopt BDR Assigned ownership.
