Update the list of projects maintained by Composition Analysis group.

Why is this change being made?

Update the list of projects maintained by Composition Analysis group to remove old ones that are archived or no longer used to support our features.

Also remove mentions of the license finder project which is no longer used for our License Compliance feature.
