Draft: Add equipment supporting health and well-being to the list of Equipment

Why is this change being made?

Questions about equipment supporting our team with health and well-being, such as anti-fatigue standing mats, gymnastic balls or treadmills (used to be expensed, but it seems there is uncertainty if or if not it's still allowed) and similar items, keep popping up.

I believe supporting the team with items like these is important, hence I like to transparently propose this change and collaborate on the exact wording and clarity on the policy. The list is definitely not an exhaustive list of items; Let's keep iterating over it.
