Draft: Add Communicating Action Plans section to the engagement handbook page
Why is this change being made?
Engagement survey results suggest that employees are not confident that their feedback is being acted on. Specifically, the “I believe action will take place as a result of this survey” scored 55% on the most recent survey. Actions are taking place as a result of the survey but that information on that is not reaching much of the team. This MR adds a new section to the engagement handbook page that recommends additional communication to team members on the status and outcomes of efforts resulting from the survey.
