Resolve "Remove 2FA requirement for Slack"

Why is this change being made?

💡 Provide a detailed answer to the question on why this change is being proposed, in accordance with our value of Transparency.

As part of the "Security at Gitlab" page, under section Security Process and Procedures for Team Members / Accounts and Passwords, bullet point 4 stipulates that two-factor authentication is required for Slack. I double checked with IT in this IT-help Slack thread and only login via SSO is required for Slack.

The suggested update is to simply remove Slack from the list of application to use 2FA.
