Includes:

  • Updates to my README page so it forms more of a client-sharable professional bio. If this seems useful, it could serve as a model for other Pro Serve team members, so the Engagement Managers have links to share with prospects when proposing staff for engagements.
  • Add my README link to the Sales README index page. Maybe it makes more sense to create a separate bio collection under Professional Services so it all lives in our world?
  • Add my README to CODEOWNERS under my name. I'm guessing this makes little difference to ease of updating, since I have Developer role and approval/merge rights still live pretty high inside the customer success organization. But that is how Engineering does it.
