Update deployment schedule

Why is this change being made?

Updates the deployment schedule so I have better chance of getting 3 deployments completed when my working hours shift a bit starting Friday.

I've added an additional time, so we now will have 10 packages each day. Although I don't think this new package will be deployed, I thought it was a good idea to not have a large gap (5 hours) during APAC hours just in case we need a package. This keeps the largest gap at 3 hours.
