Add Ashraf to GDK project

Why is this change being made?

I was recently added as a Maintainer to the gitlab-development-kit project: gitlab-org/gitlab-development-kit!3288 (merged). This MR adds me as an assigned writer to https://about.gitlab.com/handbook/product/ux/technical-writing/#assignments-to-other-projects-and-subjects for the GDK project.
