Improve User Journey page in GitLab Handbook

Why is this change being made?

This MR adds the new Contributors process to the handbook. As much in detail as possible. The current Contributors Journey needed an Upgrade this MR tries to resolve them.

This MR is facing a lot of errors so a new MR to solve this is: !128785 (merged)
